You may file a missing credit request by visiting the Support option in the "My Account" section and clicking on the "Click History" link.

Once you have done so, it will display all of your offer clicks. Then locate the offer in question and the date of the sign-up and click on the "Request Credit" link.

Following a couple questions to determine your eligibility to file a Missing Credit Request, you will be provided with a form to fill out with the offer information. Once you have submitted the form, we will forward the information with the advertiser and verify your offer sign-up.
