I want a different item, can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order up until it changes from the "Received" status. Once it has passed that stage, the order is in the process of being fulfilled and may not be cancelled.

To cancel an order, please visit your "Progress" page, scroll down to the "Order History" section, then click on the number. If cancellation is possible, on the order details page, it will provide a cancel button in the top right corner of the page.
